Important guidelines for current residents planning to sell their home within our 55+ community.
- Inform all potential buyers that they and all residents must apply and be approved by park management before finalizing any purchase
It is very important to verify that all rent and fees are fully paid and up to date. You may verify these amounts with the Park Manager at manager@mcmhp.com
ANY RENT OBLIGATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MOBILE HOME WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW OWNER.
- Ensure potential buyers understand that this is a 55+ community with specific requirements
- Inform buyers that background and credit checks are required for all residents
- Notify management of your intention to sell your home
- Keep your home and lot well-maintained during the selling process
- Provide park management with the buyer's information so they can begin the application process
Selling Process
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth sale that complies with our community guidelines.
- Notify Park Management: Inform park management of your intention to sell.
- Inform Potential Buyers: Tell interested buyers about the park's approval process and 55+ requirement.
- Direct Buyers to Apply: Guide interested buyers to submit an application through our website or office.
- Wait for Buyer Approval: Do not finalize the sale until the buyer has been approved by management.
- Complete Transfer: Upon approval and sale completion, provide park management with documentation of the transfer of ownership.
For Real Estate Agents

- All prospective residents must meet our 55+ age requirement
- All residents must be approved through our application process before purchase
- Background and credit checks are required for all residents
- Signs are restricted to one "For Sale" sign (11" x 13") displayed in the window only
- Open houses require prior coordination with management
- Provide buyers with information about the approval process early in their consideration
